Myofascial Release is gently sustained pressure applied to muscle tissues that restrict motion and stimulates the stretch reflex.

Sports Massage focuses on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and aggressive movements. Stimulates pre-game and reduces soreness post-game
